I have unsuccessfully attempted to update my current (TCF) version of Oxygen.
I am attaching some of the results.

Hi

If you had copied all from the Details message we could see the long but helpful explanation of what needs what wasn't available. You almost certainly have an inappropriate list of "Available" update sites, which you have also not shared (ny Export... all from the Manage.... dialog).
