Hi,

We are unable to download eclipse neon features and plugins from eclipse neon mirror site http://download.eclipse.org/releases/neon/ as the site was not stable and it is down. I tried even with http://download.eclipse.org/releases/oxygen/ but no luck. One of our product is depended on these mirror site to download required eclipse plugin and features. Is there any issue with this site?
