I'm getting the following exception when using http://archive.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/R0.14.1/mars. We have to use this repo because we are patching a shipping product and we need to rebuild. This is a regression, and we started noticing this problem recently.

Older releases of the Babel Language Packs have been archived. Please change the fetching URL to:
http://archive.eclipse.org/technology/babel/babel_language_packs/R0.14.1/mars/
