Oomph complains about unsatisfied requirements after update [message #1795518]

After upgrading eclipse to 2018-09 (by activating "Latest eclipse release") Oomph complains about unsatisfied requirements (see screenshot) and lists old (4.8) features. Can I simply choose ignore (and remember)? Or does this lead to an inconsistent installation? Any chance to find out, what requires these old versions? (Up to now, the updated Eclipse seems to work fine.)

You specifically installed Photon so it's just complaining that you installation isn't Photon anymore. So yes, you can tell it to Ignore and Remember.
