Arduino Download Manager: path error when try installing new platform [message #1795083]

Hello,
on this computer was never existing a user peter but if I start Arduino Download Manger / Platforms / update it is searching in c:\user\peter with an error. Where can I setup the correct path? I tried uninstall / install the download manager but with no success.

Purpose: I want to install a new platform
