How to debug RCP and target platform is WTP [message #334641]

I want to fix one bug realted with the tomcat server(Bug 137822).I am new
to debug RCP. I already checked out some source files by using CVS, and I
set some break points within
org.eclipse.wst.server.core.internal.Server.java of the RCP source file
which I think this is the basic class to run any server, and I try to
debug the code. The target platform is set to WTP. When I debug it, no
break point is hitted. I wonder whether I debug in wrong way, or I choose
wrong code to debug?

Could someone help me out?
