Dear all,
full releases of Titan come twice a year , followed by release of binaries , documentation etc.
However sometimes we feel important to mark the evolution of the code with an intermediate release , or patch release,
which usually involves stepping the third digit in the Titan product code.
The latest such release was marked last week, with the product code changed from 6.4.0 to 6.4.1.
The source code in github was tagged accordingly, but no binaries or documentation files will be released separately.
Here are the main changes , mostly administrative and corrective:
- the license has changed from EPL 1.0 to EPL 2.0 (https://www.eclipse.org/legal/epl-2.0/)
- a number of new products have been added to the Titan ecosystem:
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.Servers.GTP_Tunnel_Daemon
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.Servers.IP_Daemon_Dynamic
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.Servers.SCTP_Daemon_Dynamic
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolEmulations.SCTP
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.NAS_EPS_15.2.0.1
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.GCP_31r1
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.GTPv2_v15.2.0
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.PFCP_v15.1.0
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.V5
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.STUN
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.SGsAP_13.2.0
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.ProtocolModules.XML_RPC
git://git.eclipse.org/gitroot/titan/titan.TestPorts.Thrift_TPG
- Most of the product documentation has been migrated to asciidoc
(https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1094928/ )
- a number of bugfixes and small improvements, mainly around OER codec, RAW codec, XML handling
For a detailed change log, see the attached documentation
Best regards
Elemer
