Open XML file and read. [message #334509]

Hallo,i'm a novice of eclipse and i call help.I make a plugin with pop-up
menu. this plugin open a file XML of package editor.When i click on this
file i can get the string path of this... but now i have to open the
file.... there are eclipse method for XML or i get extern method and
import it in my package... help me please :-)
