I need a way to get notification that all steps of the build (parsing & linking) finished

i need to run some commands and those commands require full vision and require the complete model of all files, what i mean by model is the generated objects after parsing and linking of each file.
so i need to run them after the build finished

what about moving your "commands" to builderparticipant ( aka the code generation phase)
