Download the latest Proton 4.8.0 and configure to use Java 10
Help -> Check for Updates -> and install updates.
Create a new project that is a Dynamic Web Project
Properties -> Project Facets -> Java does not have an option for 10.

Expected: That Java 10 would be available. It is available in the March Oxygen release.

Actual: Only 9 is available and Eclipse has unexpected compile errors trying to reconcile the workspace setup for Java 10 and the facet set for 9.
