At my workplace I would like to start up all my software automatically after windows login. The team synchronizing belongs to that tasks. But at the moment I have to do that manually. It would be nice to let eclipse launch while I'm getting a coffee without sitting in front of the monitor and wait until eclipse started up only to run the team sync manually.

Automation ftw. Is there maybe a start parameter or a plugin? Didn't find such a thing after a long search in the internet!
