Eclipse IDE makes my Alt Gr randomly work like a normal Alt [message #1792337]

Hi,

I'm starting to learn Java and I have this problem that my Alt Gr key randomly behaves like an Alt key. I know this because when I press Alt Gr, it highlights "File" in the upper menu.
So to type e.g. {} [] I have to use Ctrl+Alt+key.
I can make it work again by switching user in my Windows 7 and just logging back in.

I can't say for sure that Eclipse is the cause, but it never happened before until I started using it, and somewhere else in a forum someone mentioned the same exact problem and mentioned using eclipse, but no solution.

Any ideas?
