Cross Tab, hidden column appears in Excel [message #1792190] Thu, 12 July 2018 12:48 Go to next message

I have tried hiding the cross tab columns by setting the cell visibility, the style to 'display: none', the width and height to 0.

All these techniques work perfectly for HTML, but when I export to Excel I get a blank column.

How can I get around this?

My solution to the problem;

Add a concatenated column to the result set (a || b). Created a grouping based on the concatenated column. Set the width of the column to 0 (and make sure the report layout is 'fixed layout').
