Hello,
I'm developing a graphical modeling tool with Sirius.
I heard Sirius is under EPL license. Than what licenses are tools that are developed using Sirius? or can I distribute my tool with any license I want? (like commerical licenses?)
Thank you.

Yes, you can.
You will still have to comply with the EPL license for the EPL parts that you are distributing. Meaning, for instance, if you distribute the Sirius runtime in your product, and that you have made a change in the source code of Sirius, then you have to make the change publically available.
But apart from these kinds of things, you can put a commercial license on your product based on Sirius or other EPL components, and the EPL is certainly not a contaminating license.
