Hi everyone,

I am using NatTable formula feature and I would like to know what is the use of "," in formula.
For example, when I write the formula : "=A1,A2" NatTable display "A1,A2" but when I put "=A1, A2" (with a white space after the coma) NatTable display the reference value of the A2 cell.

Best regards,
Pauline

Actually I don't understand your formula. What do you expect that should happen on A1,A2? I suppose the formula parser sees the whole thing as a text without the space and with the space it can only interprete A2 because A1, is not understandable.

Please note that Excel reports both variants you showed as a formula error!

Thank you Dirk for your quick answer,

I am sorry, my question was not clear. I was not sure if the comma was interpreted and had a meaning, I was not understanding the result of my tests. Now I understand, but I think that it is strange that there is a result when the formula is not entirely interpreted, I think that it could get back a formula error or could be interpreted it as a string.

Best regards,
Pauline
