Eclipse Oxygen.3a Release (4.7.3a) Build id: 20180405-1200 on Windows 7 connected locally through a wireless router to a Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS (GNU/Linux 4.4.0-89-generic i686) box. Ubuntu box is fully accessible with root privileges, security not an issue at this point. Running RSE, connection through
/opt/rseserver# perl ./daemon.pl 4075
daemon launches server no problem:
Daemon running on: XXXX, port: 4075
launches new server on 41880 (varies from run to run) no problem.
in Eclipse can browse remote system, open, edit, save files, view processes, etc.
Running remote search however finishes immediately returning nothing. Prints "Finished", but no results. Right-clicking in Remote System window pops menu that does not have Search item as mentioned in documentation, so go ether through top menu Search -> Remote or Ctrl-H .
Please help rectify this issue.
