Hi,
I have an eclipse RCP application being upgraded from 3.x to 4.x. One of the things that has occured in the process is that a number of default eclipse development related toolbar buttons (Debug toolbar and next/previous annotation has appeared).
To hide it, I created an activityPatternBinding under 'org.eclipse.ui.activities' (and a name for it). I want to confirm that this was the correct approach for disabling this functionality which is not required.
Is it properly disabled? I heard rumours that the shortcuts to the functionality will still be operational.
What's to stop other random toolbars from appearing in future upgrades?
