Cannot execute Orion Server [message #1786095]

Hello,

Latest orion.exe (14.2) is complaining about a portion of a file being already locked and the web server is not launched...

Tried on 2 W10 x64 machines with latest JRE (1.8.0_121).

Concerning Node Server, it appears that compiled node-git module cannot be downloaded (403) and an error occurs compiling it...
