It's probably better to ask on the Kura forum: http://eclipse.org/forums/eclipse.kura

I've sent a note to the webmaster asking if there is some problem with your account... Generally, if you can post to one forum with your account, you should be able to post to any forum. At least that's my understanding...

The moderator of that forum has to approve it first

I'm not sure if approval is forum-specific or account-specific. Certainly I've been seeing posts show up on my EMF forum that are many days after the user posted the question and I do not personally need to approve posts to my forum. The fact that there can be days of delay seems less than ideal, but unfortunately too many users have used the forums for SPAM in the past, so it does seem a necessary precaution. In any case, it's seems far less than ideal to me, and if each forum needs a separate per-account approval leading to yet more delays. :-(

Moderation is forum specific, but I believe the webmaster has blanket privileges to do that.

I asked the webmaster "Is it possible for a user to be able to post to one forum but not another as this user claims?" and he answered "If the post was to an archived forum, or to a forum that explicitly required moderation then yes it's possible. However that is not the standard mode of operation, so my guess would be that some of his messages were posted (the ones to newcomers) but not the ones to kura, depending on who was moderating things."

So I guess someone might have overlooked your previous posts. I'd suggest trying to post again and if that still doesn't show up, open a bug in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Community with "Forums and Newsgroups" as the component. Sorry for the hassle.
