upd: sorry, found what I needed on the second tab on the "C/C++ Build" page.

Hi.
In an autotools project when I choose "Run" or "Debug" menu item, I want Eclipse to make some other target rather than "make all". Also, when I choose "clean" menu item, I want it to invoke "make mostlyclean". Is it possible?
Is there an UI for that?
If I manually edit targets in the .cproject file, will the autotools plugin overwrite my changes?

My eclipse is Oxygen.2 Release (4.7.2) with CDT 9.4.0.201712051550
