Hello,

when a file is opened in the texteditor in Eclipse (I use the version
3.3.2), on its tab a typical icon is displayed indicating the kind of file,
e. g. J for Java files.

Some files are displayed with a small scroll as icon on their tab; what does
the scroll mean?
Some files are displayed with a S as icon on their tab; what does that mean?
Where can I find a survey about these icons on the tabs of the texteditor
and their meanings?

Those are the icons defined by the respective editors in the o.e.ui.editors
extension

Sorry, but I didn't find the icons there. Where can they be found on this
page?

The user guides are supposed to supply legends for the
icons/decorations. Check out http://help.eclipse.org
