Problems since Oxygen update [message #1782825] Fri, 02 March 2018 08:11
Eclipse UserFriend
Hi,

I'm using Subversive with JavaHL on Linux (RedHat). Since updating from the "old" Eclipse 4.5 to the Oxygen-based Cevelop, the Subversive plugin shows a few problems. I'm not sure how and where to address it, maybe someone can give me a hint?

Problems are specifically:
(1) The SVN console is always empty. I can open it, but I never see any actions taken (though update, check-in etc. work fine)
(2) The repository URL displayed in the Project Explorer next to the project name is wrong (it's correct in the project properties, but most often refers to another project in the view).
(3) Right-clicking on a revision on the History view and selecting "Compare Current with <rev>" always results in "There are no differences between the selected inputs." (at least on RHEL6, seems to work on RHEL7 - both running OpenJDK 1.8.0).

The only real bummer is (3), and that's hard to analyze without any console output. Are there other possibilities to get hold of some logs? The Error Log doesn't show anything related to SVN.

Thanks in advance!
