There is no RAP project in the latest version of the Eclipse Babel project (R0.15.1). How can we add it?

The last is in R0.14.1.

I raised this against babel, they have removed RAP on purpose, and they wait for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=476469 to be fixed, before considering adding rap again
