Installation of mosquitto fails on my new Server2012R2 host. I have installed all the prerequisite files called for in the mosquitto setup. I then get an Application error 'The application was unable to start correctly 0xC000007b'.

Are there security/admin privilege considerations for running mosquitto as a service on this platform? I have had no trouble with the same scenario on Windows 7.
