I want to make an application under Eclipse to do the following work:

Graphical diagram of my application in my domain -> Structured English -> C code -> Executable

Which Eclipse tools to choose?
How to install these tools, without installing the Eclipse platform then, one by one, all the necessary tools ( + Modeling + Xtext + CDT + ...) in my Eclipse configuration.
= Eclipse Modeling + Eclipse Xtext + Eclipse C/C++
