I have project name TestProject. In that project I have testscript.sh. When I open TestProject/testscript.sh, DLTK ShellEd formats the script perfectly. The outline has all the functions in it and everything that should be folded is folded. The icon in the Eclipse tab is a $, indicating this was opened in the script editor

If I have that shell script in a subdirectory, the syntax highlighting is ok, but the outline is empty and there is no folding in the script. The icon in the Eclipse tab looks like a blue folder with a white A in it with what looks like a little hammer with a black handle overlaying the right side of the blue folder.

In fact, it looks like the script is opened in a different editor. Is there something in the Eclipse configuration that I am missing?
