This is what I have done so far.

Open Eclipse Java IDE>Help>Install New Software>Work with>

Here I do not see the option for Kesler. How can I go about downloading Eclipse for C++?

Do you mean Kepler?
That's a bit outdated by several revisions.
You can download CDT from here https://www.eclipse.org/cdt/downloads.php
including the Kepler version.
I would recommend the latest though.
