Can I set the order(zindex) of shape? So, I can put a shape to the top.

Xi,

you can do that by modifying the order of the shapes in the children association of the parent shape. There is also a service method available: org.eclipse.graphiti.services.Graphiti.getPeService().sendToFront(shape).
