I have a requirement in my project where i have to color certain variables. These variables have scope. A variable name may have different 'type' in different scopes.
I tried to get help online to understand how Rules could be used but didn't get much resources if we have scopes in our language how the coloring could be done only in those scope.

Attached text file depicting the requirement.

Thanks in advance
