While creating oomph setup, I get the following message-
Invalid password for abc@yahoo.com at https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/.
Valid password for account xxxx of abc@yahoo.com at https://git.eclipse.org/r/login/.

I can login using abc@yahoo.com to https://dev.eclipse.org/site_login/.
My passwords for dev.eclipse.org and git.eclipse.org are the same.

Recently I renewed my ECA. In the meantime, I also changed my laptop. But I updated SSH2 keys due to which git.eclipse.org is working. But I'm not getting why I'm facing issue for eclipse ID authentication through Oomph..
Which setting I'm missing? Please help.
Thanks,
Aparna

I get the above error from 'Authenticate...' button on 'Variables' page in Oomph setup. 'Authentication Status' dialog shows the error.

Yes one of the methods of authentication stopped working, it seems because of changes to the server. But if it says it's valid for one of the two, then it should be valid for both. Sorry, I need to debug that, but it was painful to get right the first time with the way the server worked back then...

Thanks for your response.
I think https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=522722 is also the same.

Yes, that sounds the same. If it's that simple it should be simpler to fix. I'll try to find time...

Well, as I said the Bugzilla, it will give false positives until the updates are installed (available when we do the build for Photon M5), but that's better than false negatives.
