Sphinx EMF compare with Each other context menu allows user to compare two model with each other. which works as per the EMF Compare.
Once the comparison is finished and afterwards tried to change the property of Model Element it invoks NullPointerException (as in attached file ).

After debugging it seems that TreeContentMergeViewer or may be other CompareCommandStack listener still exist even after Compare Editor is closed. This is the only difference between normal behaviour and NullPointerException.

Can anybody Confirm is it a Bug or some solution is there?

Note: Same problem Exist even in the Library Sphinx Compare Example.
