I've been using Eclipse luna for a long time with pretty favorable results. I now have to upgrade my compiler because of some program considerations and was advised to. Sorry to see it go, but I've got to go to 64. I chose the tdm64-gcc-5.1.0-2. There are instructions on adding to the "path" variable: ;TDM_PATH\bin

Is this all I need to do to make Eclipse "see" a new toolchain?

Thank you in advance,

Also -- logic dictates?? moving on to Eclipse Oxygen?

mostly focus on c++, opengl, etc.
