Hi

When using Scout v6.1.0.B013, the checkbox of a checkable Table disappears as soon as the default column settings are loaded (see the screenshots). It will only reappear if the user logs out/in.

The same behaviour can be observed if an invisible and nondisplayable column is set to visible and displayable and then back to invisible (e.g. during reloading table rows).

Is this a known issue?

Thanks

Hello Thomas

I can reproduce your checkbox behaviour on the "Widgets" App (Advanced widgets -> Tablefield).
That's a bug - but not a known one until now. Please open a bug for this.

Regarding your second question (columns): It depends on how you implemented it.

Scout will reset to the "initial state" when you restore the default column state. This means that visibility, column order, column widths and more are reset to the initial state determined when the table/column was created. This is expected behavior.

Does it work if you use "setDisplayable" exclusively and leave the default visibility on "true"? The "displayable" property is not resettable by the user.
