Brand new to Eclipse PHP and can't get the PHP Built in Server to start. The process seems straightforward but it's not working. Anyone else run across this? Windows 7; Eclipse Oxygen. I hate to go to a standalone Apache web server if the IDE has something quick and easy built in...any help greatly appreciated.

It's probably better to ask on the PDT forum: https://www.eclipse.org/forums/eclipse.tools.pdt
