When i came from work, decide to work on uni project and Junit folder missing from project and can't create any class, package, junit, etc. Randomly file added to the project "x.project" "x.classpath"

From the picture I can see that this project doesn't have the little "J" decorator so I can see that it's not a project with a Java nature. All your other projects have the Java nature decorator. Information about the nature is stored in the hidden .project file. It's not so easy to convert/add the Java nature. Better to create a new Java project with the Java project wizard.
