inside eclipse, package (bundle):

org.eclipse.kura.emulator

Inside the start script there is the following line:

<stringAttribute key="org.eclipse.jdt.launching.PROGRAM_ARGUMENTS" value="-os ${target.os} -ws ${target.ws} -arch ${target.arch} -nl ${target.nl} -consoleLog -console 5002"/>

but I don't know what is the parameter: 'consoleLog' .....

Ok, so you are running kura development environment.
In this case all the logging should be located in the Eclipse IDE console.

But it's strange that you have a Kura_Emulator_Win32.launch since windows is currently not a supported platform for the emulator.

ah ah the script Kura_Emulator_Win32.launch has been created by us by copying that for linux and with minor modifications, but it seems to work well for several days
