i'm trying to install eclipse for android and java but i get an error and this is the log file

Is there some reason you can think of why you don't have write permission for C:\Users\samer\.p2\pool\plugins. Do all these segments of that path exist as folder in your file system? Perhaps a problem with space in your user name. I see it's org.eclipse.oomph.setup 1.5.0. which is really a very old version of the installer. You could get a new one from here: https://wiki.eclipse.org/Eclipse_Installer
