Undo problem in sirius editor [message #1775609] Thu, 02 November 2017 04:05 Go to next message

HI, All

I met a problem about undo operation in sirius editor.
I used a sample family meta-model.

My operations as follows:
1. create "Man1" in diagram.
2. create "Man2" in diagram.
3. change the name of "Man1" to "m1"
4. change the name of "Man2" to "m2"
5. excute undo operation by "ctrl+z", the "m2" reversed to "Man2"
6. excute undo operation again by "ctrl+z", I was expected to reverse "m1" to "Man1". but the result is, "Man2" changed to "m2" only in model, the diagram has no changes. It means the diagram shows "Man2", but the property view and explorer view shows "m2".

Hi,

I can't reproduce the issue (using either Sirius 5.0 or a recent 5.1.0rc build). At step 6, the second undo operation properly reverts the model (and the diagram) to the original state. I'm using the sample "basic family" modeler corresponding to the "Advanced Tutorial" solution.

Regards,

Hi, Pierre-Charles David

Thanks for your test and verify.
I'm so sorry, i found the reason, that's because in my eclipse, i have both sirius4.1.1 and sirius4.1.3.
