Problem View Filters Broken in Oxygen? [message #1773576]

I recently upgraded from Neon to Oxygen. It would appear that the "Filters" screen for the "Problem View" is now broken.

Previously, there were a set of radio buttons at the top to indicate if your choices included "All selected" or "Any Selected". The UI no longer offers these two radio buttons and now I can't select multiple warnings to filter out. Only one at a time.

If this is the wrong forum, please redirect me.

Any ideas?
