Hello Sir/Madam,

We are trying to install JasperAssistant 3.1.0 on RAD 9.5 which is built on top of Eclipse Luno 4.4.

We get the below error.

An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=IBM Software Delivery Platform com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]com.jasperassistant.designer 3.1.0, action=).
Failed to prepare partial IU: [R]com.jasperassistant.designer 3.1.0.

Could you please let us know how should this error be resolved?

We are facing this issue for quite a long time. A quick help will be highly appreciated.
