Hello, everyone,

i made a server with variable node according to the documention 4diac, but the opc ua client to read or write variable on remote server doesn't work, the reason is like the port 61500 not opened. But i don't know how can i enable the port 61500. Have you guys a idea?

Regards
Fei Yin

You should not change the cmake settings. Just keep the default settings and everything works fine. Did you change "FORTE_COM_OPC_UA_PORT" to 61500? It should be 4840, then it will work. It's pure magic ;)

And you probably need to start forte with the correct parameters ("localhost:61500"). that's also mentioned in the corresponding documentation.

no, i didn't change the "FORTE_COM_OPC_UA_PORT" to 61500. It is realy setted to 4840. In 4diac i have launched the resource EMS with port 61500 to the Port 61500. But it doesn't work. I don't know, which step i forget to do, or if i made a mistake in somewhere?
