How to Activate a Plugin when leaving the "New Project" Wizard [message #1772585]

Hello,

I would like to activate a Plugin, (so I can run the Java code for the plugin for some data manipulation), the moment the "Fiinish" button is clicked on the "New Project" dialog box. Any suggestions or ideas on how to go about this?
