Using last RAP release,

package "org.eclipse.rap.rwt.testfixture_3.2.0.20160811-0840.jar" contains no sign information, but "org.eclipse.rap.rwt_3.2.0.20170609-1144.jar" does.

So when try to run JUnit tests, you got the error

java.lang.SecurityException: class "org.eclipse.rap.rwt.internal.application.ApplicationContextHelper"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package

Hi,
I can confirm it... we have plans to release RAP 3.3 with Oxygen.1 next week. I hope the signing issue will be fixed there.
