I recently discovered POJO data source and data sets in BIRT. These are really cool because they help us to get rid off many reporting related PL/SQL SPs. After all I like to program in Java. I don't like that I have to put POJO related classes in a separate JAR for designer to recognize them, but that's life I did it and designer can create POJO data source and data sets in the report.
I defined/put JDBC driver(jaybird-full-2.2.11.jar) in following means:
Eclipse->Preferences->Report Design->Classpath
Project build path (in case)
JRE/JDK lib/ext
eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.data.oda.jdbc\drivers
eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.birt.report.viewer\birt\WEB-INF\lib
I have following problem:
Designer\Report\DataSet dialog opens and functions, however Preview throws ClassNotFound for JDBC driver.
Stack trace is attached.

Ozgur
