Hello,

i installed Eclipse Oxygen (PHP) and the plugins Team Explorer Everywhere (dl.microsoft.com/eclipse/tfs)

Installation -> ok

Restart Eclipse.

Click on 'Open perspective' -> Team Foundation server -> Open

=> Plug-in "com.microsoft.tfs.client.common.ui" was unable to instantiate class "com.microsoft.tfs.client.common.ui.views.TeamExplorerView".

Same problem with Eclipse Neon and Mars !

Any ideas ?

PS : Windows 10 - Java 8-144 - Eclipse 32 bits
