The following error is displayed when I try to edit a php file:

The selected wizard could not be started. Plug-in org.eclipse.php.ui was unable to load class org.eclipse.php.internal.ui.wizards.PHPProjectCreationWizard. An error occurred while automatically bundle org.eclipse.php.ui (276).

My setup:
Ubuntu 16.04
Eclipse 3.8 Indigo
PHP Development Tools (PDT) SDK Feature vsersion: 3.0.0.v20120111040
