Is there a way to increase the font on the tool menu of the Eclipse IDE?

I already know how to increase font where the code goes. I want to increase font visibility of the tools menu & project explorer. See image.

Please advise.

That font (along with many other things) is controlled by the settings of your operating system or window manager.
