Why can't Eclipse read projects from owncloud-desktop sync with Lubuntu 15.04 [message #1769991]

Hello,
I was trying to integrate projects into eclipse with owncloud-desktop sync, but Eclipse couldn't read the project. I have a Linux computer (Lubuntu 15.04; i686; 2GB Ram), I use Eclipse Neon.2 Release (4.6.2) and owncloud-desktop sync V 2.3.2 . I tried everything I know, but Eclipse couldn't read the Project. If you knew what the problem is or if you have a solution, I would be happy about every help!

Where were the things you know to try? Were these already workspace projects with .project files? Have you made sure that those and other "dot" files or large folders aren't being ignored by its settings?
