Oxygen content assist JSP, manual [message #1769930] Sun, 06 August 2017 07:18
Eclipse UserFriend
The manual here https://help.eclipse.org/oxygen/index.jsp?topic=%2Forg.eclipse.cdt.doc.user%2Freference%2Fcdt_u_c_editor_con_assist.htm

says that you need the following four files to enable content assistence for JSP files.
j2ee.jar
rt.jar
servlet.jar
webcontainer.jar

But gives no example of where these files are acquired, just states that "you might have a different version of these files".

Can anyone give an example of where these files can be acquired?
I am currently using Tomcat 8.5 which in its /lib folder have the file
servlet-api.jar which i assume is servlet.jar, but where do i find the other three? Are they simply named something different in the Tomcat world?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Please note that i am very new to this "world".
