When I define a new server, I cannot finish, I can only cancel [message #1769244]

I'm using the Eclipse JEE IDE (Version: Neon.3 Release (4.6.3)) on my Mac 10.11.3.

I donwloaded a new version of Apache Tomcat (8.5.16) but when I try to manually define it inside Eclipse, I am stuck because in the dialogue window I cannot finish, I can only cancel :

index.php/fa/30167/0/

Any help appreciated.

Maybe "Server name" must be non-empty?

I cannot type anything in the "Server name" field. It is disabled

Does the "?" help button help? What does the little light-bulb icon show when you click on it?

The "?" button opens up another window pane which does not tell me anything I do not know already :

When I click on the light-bulb icon, I get the message "Content Assist Available" which is not very clear to me :

I tested on an older installation of Oxygen and that wizard page is extremely unresponsive. It does eventually allow me to type, and it does eventually enable the next button, but it's very very slow. You might try asking on the Web Tools forum instead...
